His real estate hobbies include flipping / building homes, studying how development will effect home values long term and helping people create wealth through real estate investing.

A long term resident of Atlanta, Maximillian has deep roots in the general community and is actively involved in many charitable organizations. He is active in his own neighborhood, Lavista Park, but also works to help multiple charities that assist with unhoused populations, men and women in transitionary spaces from jail that are seeking to rejoin society and LGBTQIA+ causes (specifically unhoused teens and HIV/AIDS research).
